Pricing for the complete GranCabrio tuning program - including exterior and interior modifications - has yet to be announced, but if an engine upgrade is all that is desired then that will cost $26,800.

With an affinity towards Italian sports cars, Novitec has taken to great lengths to ensure the utmost quality and style for Ferrari and Maserati models alike. We’ve already seen tuning programs for Maserati models such as the GranTurismo and the Quattroporte, so the next logical step for the primed tuning firm is the GranCabrio. Some may have expected this package to have come out long before it has, but perfection takes time and adding 150 HP to the sports car is rather close to perfection. Joining the power upgrade is a top speed that has been increased to 187 mph and a subtle aerodynamic package.

I am glad Maserati have gone this way, as I feel this has produced some of the nicest cars they have ever had available. And my personal favourite? The Maserati GranTurismo, which combines all the smooth elegant shapes and lines to create what I consider to be one of the best looking cars on the marketing nowadays. I am sure it isn't perfect, but in the constantly evolving world of car manufacturing and design I think they are pretty close to hitting the nail on the head. After all, the GranTurismo is sculpted from its long bonnet through to the slope of its boot, and it really is quite a masterpiece!
In terms of performance, the vehicle reaches up to 60 mph acceleration in just 4.8 seconds. This car is offered with a price of $130,000.

Update!
Here is a small initial sketch...update on the maserati V12 thing..I know, it's even more brutal and dramatic than the one bellow, but am still keen on developing this concpet into the direction alrady said....so let's see what comes up with this. Will post more soon

I couldn't help myself of making another sketch.....it seems to me that will turn into a personal project for my portfolio - Maserati sports car. At the moment this one is "too cultivated & shy" i'll look into some more aggressive & expressive in the next sketches...will post soon when I've got smth to show on the topic...one thing for sure, it's gonna be mid-engined V12.

The 6.0-liter V12 now announces its power through a newly developed Edo competition high-flow exhaust system – and it does so with a soundtrack guaranteed to induce goose bumps!
The independently adjustable compression and rebound damping permits truly individual suspension setups. The unique system, with its three different adjustments, allows for low-speed compression damping characteristics to be altered while the high-speed settings, having a strong influence on ride-quality, remain constant. True racing technology for the road!
